Zapt Electrical -Testimonials

“I am writing to commend you on the service provided by Dean Paterson, in the recent upgrade of our electrical mains.  The process was a long-winded one made more difficult by the Christmas season and some extremely high temperatures which resulted in delays from power company, Alinta.  Dean kept us up to date and informed throughout the entire process and proved to be a very reliable and trustworthy tradesman.  It’s not often that you meet one of those.”

“After the renovation from hell, a friend recommended Dean to me to help rectify the electrical problems the kitchen company had left.

Dean arrived exactly at the time he’d promised and listened carefully to my concerns.  Moving a power point placed far too close to the gas burners was for him ‘no problem’ even though it meant gouging a conduit into rock-like walls…and he was meticulous in ensuring it ‘balanced’ another one at the other end of the bench.  He understood my frustration with a pantry light which blazed on automatically, regardless of wether or not the kitchen was flooded with daylight....and devised an easily accessible over-ride switch to solve the problem.
Dean was then the obvious choice to do much needed electrical work in the bathroom.  Again he made pertinent comments and helpful suggestions, ensuring that anything done exactly met with what I wanted and needed.
I was particularly appreciative of how respectful Dean was of my home.  He always put protective coverings over the work area and took great pains to clean up afterwards.
In short, an electrician who takes pride in his work and has a sense of humour! What a rarity.”

“We have used Dean’s services several times from putting in security lighting around the house to installing a new switchboard on our property.  Each time we have had the pleasure of not only great communication from Dean but also he has given us great results.  I would certainly recommend Dean to anyone needing electrical work done.  He takes as much pride in the smaller jobs as the larger ones and he ‘doesn’t charge the earth’!”
